Hi, I’m Kristene DiMarco with Bethel Music and thank you for watching God Today. I don’t think there is a human being on earth that hasn’t experienced transition and what we need to do in that transition. I like to lean into the Lord. I think that’s the most wise thing I can do when I don’t have all of the pieces yet. Transition is a time with a lot of questions and usually when I have a lot of questions, I lean into who I know has the answers and that’s Jesus.
And it’s not a time to be worried it’s a time to remember why we shouldn’t be worried, because he’s come through often times in the past. And so I like to take time and just reflect on things he’s done when I’ve found myself in this position before and often times transition can take a while, if you’re buying a house, if you’re waiting on a child, whatever it may be, the Lord is for you and he’s with you in the waiting. I think that’s something to really remember and take heart. He doesn’t leave you in a waiting room like a doctor he is with you in the waiting room.
And so let’s pray, God I just, I just ask for the courage to just hold on to hope in times of transition, in times of a lot of moving pieces even. And I just pray for hope to be easy, I just pray that hope would come easy because you are the God who puts pieces in place and you’re the God who moves us forward and you’re the author and perfector of our faith. We thank you so much for who you are today and tomorrow and yesterday, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
