Hi, I’m Daniel Bernard, President of Somebody Cares Tampa Bay, and this is God Today. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 2:10, that we are God’s workmanship created for good works in Christ that He has prepared for us in advance.  When I think about that verse I think, “Wow, from the very beginning of time God has a destiny and a plan for us to fulfill.”  I just want to encourage you to move into that destiny it is going to be a fight.  Often times what we do in the midst of going and trying to do the things of God it gets tough.  It gets difficult.  We get weary.  Obviously, it’s the enemy.  He doesn’t want us to move into the perfect will of God, he doesn’t want us to fulfill our destiny.  If he can’t keep us from being a Christian he doesn’t want us to be a fruitful one.

I want to let you know today, with that thought, as you would move into what God has for you when you would fight for the destiny that Christ died so that you would be able to fulfill that destiny.  And you would fight for that knowing that your destiny is tied to others as well and their eternal life.

I want to encourage you today that regardless of what has happened that nothing could come your way that He hasn’t already foreseen.  Know that God is going to use that to be part of the destiny that He has planned for you.  Keep up the good fight and continue to pursue Him as He has a destiny and a plan and a purpose for your life.
