Hi, I’m Katie SOuza from Katie Souza Ministries and this is God Today. Are you sick in your body? Are you fighting some sort of disorder, disease, affliction, or pain? What people don’t realize is many times when we have sickness in our body, is because we have unhealed areas in our soul. The Bible does say that you will prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers.
Many times we get wounded inside our inner man from sins we have lived through, from sins that people have committed against us, from trauma we have live din our lives, and even from generational issues. A lot of times, if we try to bring healing to the soul realm, then we will see miracles happen to our physical bodies. So how do we do that? When you were born again Romans 1:16 says that, “The Holy Spirit came into you and He brought power with Him.” The word “power” in that scripture is the word “dunamis”. Dunamis means the power to perform miracles. Right now, every believer has miracle working power inside their spiritman. Dunamis also means this: “excellence of soul”. When you release dunamis through your decrees, through your faith, you are going to become what dunamis means: excellent in your soul. Then you will prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers.
That is how the man at the pool got healed. Remember him? He had an infirmity that kept him sick on that mat for 38 years. What was it about that infirmity that made him sick for that long? The word infirmity means “weakness and infirmity of the body and of the soul”. He had an unhealed area in his soul. That is why he was physically sick for so long. When Jesus came to heal him, He came to heal him with the same anointing that you have inside of you: the anointing of dunamis and the Holy Spirit. That man became excellent of soul. He got healed of that infirmity inside of his soul that was causing his physical body to be ill. Then he stood up and he picked up his mat, and he walked. Let’s do the same for you.
Just pray with me now. Just say, “Lord, Jesus, I know that as a believer, I am filled with dunamis. I release it now so I can become excellent of soul and be healed of every infirmity, just like the man at the pool was. I decree right now I am being healed inside of myself so I can prosper and be in health even as my soul prospers.” My name is Katie Souza and this is God Today.
