I am Pastor Solomon with Wisdom House.   This is God Today. I want to encourage you today with the story of Zacchaeus.  You see, Zacchaeus was born extremely short. He was not like most children. He grew up realizing he was never going to grow tall.  He realized something, he had wisdom. He decided to use that to advance himself. You may not have everything that everybody else has, but there is something God has given you.  I want you to realize that. I pray today you realize that and use it to run.

He had a challenge.  He wanted to see Jesus.  There was a problem – there was a crowd around Jesus and he couldn’t penetrate it.  Again, his height became an issue. He decided he was going to do something about it.  He looked around and he looked at his surroundings and realized Jesus was going to pass a certain way.  Again, he used his wisdom to beat everybody else. All Zacchaeus wanted to do was catch a glimpse of Jesus.  But you see, God had something amazing for him. You see, you may just want to just go to church and just hang out.  God wants something more for you. He wants to give you extremely, abundantly, above what you ask, think or imagine.

Zacchaeus climbed up that tree, he said, “I just wanted to catch a glimpse of Jesus.”  Jesus said, “Zacchaeus, come down. I want to go to your house for dinner. I want to pray for you today that you would realize God is calling you for a deeper walk.  He wants to touch your marriage, he wants to touch your family, your career, your business. He wants to move you to another level in your walk with Him. I want you to rise up and realize you can maximize your talents, you can maximize the giftings and callings God has for you.  I want you to rise up today and take the battle to the gifts of the enemy. You have extreme abilities. Abilities God has given you and you can change the world and make history like Zacchaeus did.
