Welcome to God Today.  I am Vishal Mangalwadi from the Revelation Movement.  I was studying philosophy in India, and I found that the greatest philosopher who comes from the same ethnic group as myself. He didn’t believe that we exist as real individuals.  And I realized, as a student of philosophy, that western philosophy tried to prove that you exist. Rene Descartes said, “I think therefore I am.”

But, if a robot can do calculations of complex mathematical problems and translate one language into 100s of languages, it thinks.  Does it exist as a person?  Or am I, as a person, a special being made in God’s image? In self, in soul that exists forever?

Only when I began to study the Bible, I realized that I am special because I am made in God’s image to be His child.  Psalm 119:130 says, “The unfolding of God’s word gives us light.”  We know that we exist as precious individuals made in God’s image, with unique dignity, and as permanent beings who will have immortal life because God loves us, Jesus came to save us.  He gave His life so that we might have eternal life.  It is God’s Word that tells us how loved you really are.
