Some of you might not have been in those, but you’ve had your own personal catastrophe. I have a daughter who is 12 years old now, Mya. But when she was 18 months old she had a rare blood disease called Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH). It’s a rare blood disease and 8 kids out of a million get it. I had a personal catastrophe come to me. The question is, in this process of encountering things that you weren’t planning on, how do you respond? It’s a matter of perspective.
