I’m Dr. Mark Chironna and welcome to God Today. Beloved, in Mark’s gospel chapter 11, we have that powerful story of Jesus talking about mountain-moving faith, in Mark 11:23. He sums it up in Mark 11:24 by saying, “Whatsoever you desire or ask for when you pray, believe you have received it and you will have it.” Now, what you want to understand is the, “whatsoever you ask for”, or the “whatsoever you desire”, has no conditions put on it. Sadly, over the generations, people try to put conditions on some of the things that Jesus said. When Jesus didn’t have any conditions on it. He said, “Whatsoever you desire.” Granted, He is not talking about desiring things that are unclean, desiring things that are unholy, desiring things that would make you unfaithful to God. He is asking you to ask the Father for those things that are within His good, good creation, that are part of His intention for you to live a life of fullness, of abundance, of well-being, of joy, of satisfaction.
