Hi, I’m Dave Harvey, the director of Increase Testimony, and welcome to God Today. Did you know that your testimony never gets old? Because it never gets old, it never loses power. The Bible is full of testimonies from people of all ages where God has stepped in and turned impossibilities around. These testimonies have been shared for thousands of years. Still today they’re shared and miracles break out around the world. I want to tell you that testimonies never get old and they never lose their power.
God reminded me of a testimony of when I was 10 years old and I had warts across my entire foot. God had overnight taken all of those warts away and given me perfect skin. That night, I shared that testimony and I prayed for God to do it again. One week later, I bumped into a young woman and she said, “Dave, I need to tell you I was in that meeting. And the next day, the wart that I’d had for over a year dropped off my hand.” I celebrated with her and then the next day I bumped into another young woman and she said, “Dave, I’ve had warts on my foot and they dropped off the next day too after I was in that meeting.”
Well, the amazing thing that happened was that children who were there that night began to speak to their warts and their warts began to drop off. One girl began to go through her cousins and other relatives and teach them to command their warts to drop off. One by one, these kids saw their warts drop off. I want to tell you, God is alive in your testimonies. He’s not old and your testimonies don’t get old. They have the power to happen again.
I want to pray for you. I want us to ask the Holy Spirit to remind us of a testimony from our past. It may be a salvation testimony. It may be a testimony of healing, but whatever it is, I want Him to remind us of that testimony so that He can do it again. Let me pray for you.
Father, I thank You that you’ve done wonderful things in our lives. I pray right now that You remind us of testimonies that have gotten dusty. I pray that we would dust them off and release them again. Father, do our miracles again in Jesus’ name. Amen. We have an Increase kid’s book that you can get right now.
