Hello, my name is Nathan McClure, and I want to welcome you to God Today. I’m going to read a verse right now, and I want to just talk to you about the favor of God, and walking in the favor of the Lord. The first I’m going to read is Ephesians 1:5-6, “having predestined us to adoption as sons and daughters by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he has made us accepted in the beloved.”
We are the accepted, and that beloved is Jesus Christ. So we have to understand that we walk in an inheritance and an adoption of the Father, and what father doesn’t bless his children? This good Father blesses his children. I just want to release to you guys, and just say that you’re going to have favor throughout your days. That you’re going to be able to walk into that business meeting and nail that big deal, or walk into your boss’s office and get that raise that you’ve been needing, because you have to favor over your lives because of who Jesus is. There’s nothing that we have done to deserve this favor, but it has been given to us because of the beloved, Jesus Christ. We’ve been accepted into this family. We’ve been adopted into a family of the good God.
We just want to say right now that, Lord, we just thank you for the blessing that you have over us, and the favor that you have over us, and say we receive it and we want to walk in it more. Show us and guide us how to walk into that favor with you. In Jesus’ Name.
