Welcome to God Today. I’m Andrew Wommack, and I want to share with you that on January 31, 2002, God showed up and He rang my bell. You know what? I already loved God, I already was serving God, I was broadcasting on television, I was seeing great miracles happen. But, God spoke to me through Psalms 78:41, and He said I was limiting Him. You know what? It changed my life. I could spend hours – a matter of fact I have tape series on this that talk about how my life and ministry has been totally changed since I’ve begun to recognize that God had a plan for me, but I controlled whether His plan came to pass or not, and my small thinking and my fear of different things, fear of failure, and even fear of success were hindering me. It was keeping me from allowing God to flow through me.
The most important thing I learned through this is this isn’t just for me. This is for you. I believe God has got great plans for every single person watching this. God has never made a piece of junk. In the scripture there are so many Psalms – 139 is one of them. It says you were fearfully and wonderfully made, God knit you together in your mother’s womb, and God knew all of your parts. He had written out all of your days before any of them existed. He has a plan for you and it’s a plan for good and not for evil. But, you have to cooperate with it and you have to quit limiting God. How do you limit God? Well, one of the ways is by thinking small. We look around and we see other people and we see them just muddling through. Here’s where they are and we kind of take an average of what we see and think, “Well, this is normal.” And that’s about all we are shooting for.
Most people are shooting for nothing and hitting it every time. I want to encourage you today to take the limits off God. Begin to dream big. God is not in Heaven thinking, “Oh, Andrew, don’t tell them that. They might ask me for something I can’t do.” That’s not God. God is saying, “Go for it, Andrew.” Nobody has yet maxed God out. God is wanting you to dream big today. Believe God for something big.
Father, I’m just praying for my brothers and sisters right now, that you would stir them up and cause them to take the limits off of you to allow you to get out, allow you to be set free in their life. To release your power, so that they could live a supernatural life instead of just a natural life. Father, I thank you for doing that. I believe that you are touching them and that they are experiencing God today.
