It was this summer that the Spirit of God spoke a word to me. He woke me up in the middle of the night, about 3:00 am, and here is what He said. He said, “The Lord, God Himself, is stepping in.” I immediately went down into my prayer room. And sat in my chair. I grabbed my Bible and I began to look for something that God would confirm out of His Word. He took me to John 5. It was the story about the man at the pool of Bethesda. He had been in that condition for a long time. But here is the beautiful thing: there was not any man, according to this man, he said, “There is no man to put me in the water when the waters are stirred.” The angel would come and the first one that walked into the water would be healed.
He said, “I don’t have a man, I don’t have an angel.” But you know what? You don’t need a man, you don’t need an angel. Now, God uses men and God uses angels. But here is the thing. When the Lord, God Himself, steps in, everything begins to change. And that is exactly what happened. And that is exactly what the Lord is doing. Not a man, not an angel, even though He may use it, the Lord God Himself, is stepping into turn your situation around for your good. To bring you from a place of despair to a place of hope. A place of sickness to a place of healing.
I declare now, upon you, that the Lord, God Himself, that word I heard. Now, the Lord God Himself steps in and releases His shalom upon you, and brings you into a whole new place. It is a new season for you. I prophesy that upon you. Expect the Lord God Himself to step in. And watch how things begin to suddenly change, because it is a new season and God has recognized that you need Him to step in at this time. So watch. Your moment of victory is upon you.
