I want to encourage you today with a powerful weapon of the Kingdom. This is amazing…It’s kindness. 1 Corinthians 10:4 says, “The weapons that we fight with are not weapons of the world, but they have divine power to demolish strongholds.”  And did you know that kindness has the power to demolish strongholds in people’s lives? That’s amazing to me!

It has power. Kindness. In Romans 2:4 it says, “Do you not know that kindness leads to repentance?”  And so I want to challenge you, and I want to encourage you today, do you know somebody that it would benefit your life if they repented, if they stopped doing this thing or that thing that’s affecting you? You know, maybe it’s somebody at work. Maybe it’s in your marriage. Maybe it’s one of your children. I don’t know what it is, but what if you tried? I want to challenge you to try wielding the weapon of kindness, that divine power to demolish strongholds.

I was talking to a friend the other day and she was telling me how they had a maid that would work in their house, and she would steal their stuff. And she caught her stealing something one day, and she confronted her about it, and the lady denied it. And you know what she did? She ran upstairs and she grabbed a pair of tennis shoes that she knew that the woman liked, and she just gave them to her. She said, “You can have these, too.”  And the woman broke and started crying. It was kindness that led to repentance. She had just been stolen from and then lied to, and she used the power of kindness; it’s kindness that leads to repentance, by giving her something else of hers and blessing her, and it broke.

And so I just pray right now that the Holy Spirit would highlight situations in your life, that He would highlight situations in your life right now where you can take this powerful weapon of kindness and use it to demolish strongholds. Use that divine power of kindness to demolish strongholds the same way my friend used it after she’d been robbed and lied to. It’s powerful. I’m telling you. Try it and let us know what happens. Email us back, let us know what happens. Bless you guys. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
