Hi, I want to encourage you today with 2 Timothy 4:16-18. “At my first defense, no one came to my support, but everyone deserted me. May it not be held against them. But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength so that through me, the message might be fully proclaimed, and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion’s mouth. The Lord will rescue me from every evil attack and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom, to Him be glory forever and ever. Amen.”
So I want to encourage you today, if you are somebody who is standing alone and you are standing strong, and if you’re somebody who’s experienced betrayal, or having been deserted by those who do support you, I encourage you with this verse that Paul wrote and say, the Lord is always there, and the Lord is your strength. He will rescue you from every evil.
So I pray that for you right now. I pray peace over your life. I pray fortitude in your standing, that you have the ears to hear Him, and that you know that you’re standing for Him and with Him. And I pray that strength over you, in Jesus’ name.
