God has put that mandate for you to say and speak it out, for you to press in and to really intercede for them.

Hello, I am Nena Gates, producer of From Death, and welcome to God Today. I want to talk to you a little bit today about lifting each other up. When I say that, I mean lifting each other up, seeing the destiny basically. God’s destiny in each other. Meaning your significant other, your spouse, whichever that may be. You know, recognizing there is a gift there, maybe even before they do.

I know that was the case with my husband and myself. He recognized something in me, recognized my prophetic gift before I even recognized just how strong it was. But in doing so, when he saw that in me and started speaking life into it, started encouraging me to really press in, to seek the Lord for myself, it was taken to another level. When that significant other or that spouse believes in you and sees something in you that you may not even see, it is a whole new world that is opened up to you.

I encourage you if you see someone, and maybe it is not even a significant other or a spouse, but you see potential in someone, you have that ability God has given you, that spiritual vision to be able to recognize that in someone else, whether it is a spiritual child, whatever it may be. If you see that it is your duty. God has put that mandate for you to say and speak it out, for you to press in and to really intercede for them. To say, “I am going to pray on your behalf because I want to see you become everything you can be in Christ.”

When that happens, I think it is just a natural byproduct that we are then taken to a whole other level. And I am telling you, guys, that is what we have to do. I want to pray with you right now and ask that Father God if you are out there, and you are hearing me right now, I pray that you are able to see this gift in other people, that you are able to recognize it in yourself. Maybe you don’t have anyone around you. Maybe you are isolated right now. That is no excuse to not reach your full potential. God sees your potential even if no one else does. But if you do see it, Father God, we just pray that you will speak that out, that you will give them the courage, Father God, to really empower someone else to empower themselves to be everything they can be in you, Father God. We ask these things right now in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen. Thank you, I am Nena Gates.
