Isaiah 43:19 says, “See, I’m doing a new thing; now it springs up, do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.” I just really feel like, you know, just this excitement, even reading that verse is that the Lord is doing a new thing and He’s making a way in the wilderness.
If you are in a season that feels dry, that feels weary, you know, maybe you feel like you’re in a wasteland. I just want to encourage you that springs are about to sprout up, that there’s a river that’s about to flow into the dry land, that God is doing a new thing. And so I would encourage you to ask the Lord for a fresh vision for your season, that you would just take time and say, “God, show me the river in the dry desert,” because He’s so faithful.
And so, I want to pray for you. God, I ask that you would bless those that feel dry, that feel weary, that feel like they’re in the season of wilderness, Lord, and that they would begin to hear the water that’s about to run, God, in their dry season. God, that a river would begin to sprout up in the dry land. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
