Hi, my name is Robert Henderson and I lead Robert Henderson Ministries and Global Reformers. This is God Today. Thank you so much for joining us. I want to talk to you today about Nehemiah in Nehemiah 2:7-8. When Nehemiah is beseeching the King for the right to go back to his hometown of Jerusalem and be able to see a restoration come to that place. There was a need, a great need for restoration. As he is beseeching the king, he says to the king, “Grant me letters a passage of provision.” In other words, he said, “I need letters in my hand that will force the governors of the regions I am going to pass through. I need those letter sin my hands so they must allow me to pass through into the purposes and into the destiny God has me for.
Maybe sometimes you feel like you are stuck. There is something you are bouncing up against. You can’t get free, you can’t move past where you’ve always been. You need letter of passage from the Spirit realm, from the King into your hands, so that you can move into the destiny and the purpose God has for you. God wants to unstick you. He wants to bring you out of that place where you feel contained and restricted with limits on you. Through putting these letters of passage into your hand.
When I talk about this, I am talking about something in the Spirit realm that the King Jesus puts into our hands. All we have to do is say before the enemy, “That which would restrict me: I have letters. I have authorization. I have authority form the King that says you must let me pass.” There is also letters of provision. Nehemiah was also given letters to get timber from Aesop, the keeper of the king’s forest, so that he would finish the job. He was being sent forth to do. So often we need provision to be able to accomplish what God has called us to do. We are not going to get it done, whatever it may be, without the provision of God. We need letters in our hands.
Here is what I discovered: you might not have big bank account, but you don’t need one when you have letters of provision in your hand. You know how to go into the Spirit realm and you know how to draw from God and pull out of the Spirit realm, the riches of glory that allows your need to be met and everything that is necessary for God’s will to be done in your life. If you feel stuck today, here is the good news: God is releasing letters. The King is releasing letters of passage an dof provision into your life. I want to pray for you to have those right now.
Father, right now, in the name of Jesus, for all those who are watching that feel stuck, that fele limited, that feel constrained, I decree, in the name of Jesus, that you as their King, there are now letters in the Spirit realm, authorization, authority being granted. Please hear this: for your passage, for your ability to move into the next phase, to move into the next level from glory to glory, from to faith to faith, from strength to strength. But also to have within your hands, that which will secure every financial thing you need to see the job done. I thank you for doing that for these precious people. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
