I am thinking of one of my favorite scriptures in the Bible. Ephesians 3:20, where it says, “Now unto Him who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all than we could ask or think according to the power that worketh in us.” Often times I think about how we want to accomplish things. You have a dream, you have a goal, you have a vision for your life. I know that if you are like me, where you are right now. It may be okay, it may be good, but you know it is not where you are going to be forever, am I right? You know that it is going to take some awesome ability, some awesome power, you know. The anointing of the Lord really flowing and working in your life in order for you to get to the next level, in order for you to elevate. That’s true. But, there is some good news that the word of God carries for you.
It says it is all according to the power that works for you. Whenever we read that scripture we get excited. “Now unto Him who is able.” We get excited over “He is able… He is able to do exceedingly…” Oh boy, we are really going to celebrate now. “Abundantly.” We are getting excited above all we can ask or think. Right there, we just start shouting. We get excited. That is a good reason to get happy – when you think about how God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above all we can ask or think. Yes He is. I believe that, I shout about that.
Don’t forget about the third part of that verse. Where it says, “All according to the power that works in you.” Where? In you. You have the power to be great. You have the power to prosper. You have the power to be successful. You are not a failure. Why? T There is a power working in you and if you tap into that power, you stretch that power that is all the way inside of you to its greatest potential, to the best of your ability, I’m telling you. You will blow your own mind with your own ability.
It reminds me of one of my other favorite scriptures in the Bible in 1 John 4:4. It says, “Greater is He who is in you.” In you. Not less than is He, not average is He, but greater is He. Not ordinary, but extraordinary is He who is in you, than He that is in this world. This is why you are an overcomer. This is why you are an achiever. This is why you are a champion. It is all according to the power that works in you. You can look all over. I thank God for the prayers of others, I thank God for the anointing that He has released on our lives. But, guess what? That anointing will not work for you until you activate your faith and you step out and you begin to use it. If nobody Has ever told you then I’m letting you know right now – your birth was not a mistake. Your life has great purpose. God has anointed you and He has equipped you with everything that you need to step into your greatest season of success. All you need to do is activate it.
The Bible tells us in James that “faith without work is dead”. You have to work your faith. If you hear the words that are coming out of my mouth and yu receive this message. You begin to walk by faith and not by sight. You truly build your confidence. Of course we have confidence in God, but build the confidence that He has put on the inside of you so that you can step into action and produce some great things. I believe that you are going to shock yourself. Others around you are going to be surprised, but you are going to shock yourself when you realize, and you fully tap into the power that worketh in of you. You are going to see great things happen. Your hands are anointed to prosper. I believe that today is going to be one of the greatest days of your life. Activate your faith. Work your faith. You have the ability to be amazing. You already are amazing. God is going to do exceedingly, abundantly above all than you can ask or think – watch this – according to the power that worketh in you. Activate that power today and step into your greatest season of success. You are blessed beyond measure.
