If you allow sin in your life, and you don’t deal with it, before long it is going to set up shop.
Richard Summerlin

Hello, I am Pastor Richard Summerlin of New Way Church in Palm Coast, Florida.  Welcome to God Today. I want to take a moment with you, today, and talk to you about a very serious subject on torment.  The Bible is very clear that Satan s the one that brings torment. I don’t believe that a believer should ever be tormented by a demon, by a devil, by circumstances, or anything in this world.  I believe God was really clear when He has given us a spirit, He has given us His Spirit – the Holy Spirit. We need to begin to break out of these tormenting things of life.

Let’s look at this: sin, if not dealt with, will turn into a torment.  I said it and I meant it. If you allow sin in your life, and you don’t deal with it, before long it is going to set up shop.  That demon, of whatever it is you’re dabbling with, will come in, will set up shop, and he will act like he wants to bring you joy, or peace, or whatever it is you’re looking for.  Afterwahue. He is going to go ahead and turn on you. He is going to put you in a torment hold. What that means is continual agitation. You don’t know how to get free, you don’t how to get help.  It seems like there is no hope anymore. There are too many believers living in this vicious cycle of torment – it is time we break out.

I am going to pray for you in just a minute.  I am going to believe that the Spirit of God, the presence of God almighty is going to come and visit right where you are at, and is going to set you free from these tormenting spirits.  Lord, I do right now pray in Jesus’ name for every person. Whether we got there on purpose, or by mistake, Lord, I pray right now these tormenting spirits, these things, these sins that have turned into torment, in Jesus’ name, loose your hold.  Let go of God’s people in Jesus’ name. I declare you to be free in the mighty name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Oh, God bless you, friend. Don’t you give up, you can do it. Stay free.
