Hello, I’m Werner Nachtigall, I am an evangelist. I am running aminstry called No Limits and a movement called Global Outreach Day. Welcome to God Today. For the first 21 years of my life, I had never heard the Gospel. I was a very active guy. My dream was to become a rockstar. Actually, I met them all. I met Kiss, Ac DC, Ozzy, all these people sitting back stage with these guys. I thought, “This is the life!” Then I was shocked. I saw their empty eyes.
Honestly, for 21 years nobody taught me about Jesus. I was not born in Saudi Arabia, I am from Germany. I was 3 years old and I saw Jesus. My mom taught me and I said, “Who is this uncle with white clothes and shining eyes?” I was 15 and I saw Jesus in a dream. I was 18 and I had a revelation I would serve God as a missionary. But, nobody taught me about Jesus.
I tell you, there are millions of people all over the world, all over Europe. That have never heard the Gospel. The Gospel is the greatest message on earth. Jesus died on a cross to save us for eternity. He arose, He is alive. He can use you. So, if you see the Bible, God can use every believer. When God picked me, I was afraid to preach in front of people, I said, “Lord, this is not possible. My english is a disaster.” And what? I was saying that, but God saw me already preaching in front of a million. Check the BIble. Moses said, “I can not speak.” Maybe that is your problem? You are afraid you cannot speak. I tell you, the BIble says in Acts 1:8, “You will receive the power of the Holy Spirit and you will be my witness.
Jeremiah said, “I am too young.” There was a young girl in Germany, 15 years old. She prayed for a blind man. She was not too young. God could use her. After prayer, the blind man said, “What is this? I can see!” Can you imagine? God used a young girl. I want to tell you. In the Kingdom of God, there are no superstars. God can use you. Matthew 4:18, “Follow me. I will make you fishers of men.” Today you can reach people with the Gospel. There are people maybe in the supermarket, maybe in a restaurants, at the gas station. You can share the Gospel with them.
I just trained in a huge stadium in Durham about personal evangelism. Then I was on my way to the United States and I was in a restroom and I led a person to the Lord. I was quite excited. Then, at the airport, I went to another restroom. The guy, when i opened the door said, “Welcome to my office.” I was laughing and 5 minutes later He got saved. I said, “Lord, come on! In 2 restrooms, I led 2 people to the Lord. Give me one more.” I went to another restroom and I led a third person to the Lord. There are people in your daily life and you can share the Gospel with them.
God can use you. Maybe you are afraid you are a bit shy, whatever. This is His promise, “you will receive the Holy Spirit and you will be my witness.” Today is your day. Receive His blessing. Of course God loves you. God wants to bless you that you are a blessing. Let me pray for you. Lord, I thank you for all my friends that are listening to this wonderful program. Lord, I pray you use them. Lord, this is your promise. YOu will receive the Holy Spirit and you will be my witness. Bless them right now so they are a blessing today. Amen.
