Hello, I’m Robert Henderson, and this is God Today. Welcome and thank you for being a part of the GOD TV family. You know, it’s really, really important to be a part of family. Did you know that according to the family that you’re a part of, it can actually determine not only your present life, but even your generations to come? Let me give you for instance, Isaiah 56:7, it says, “Even them will I bring to my holy mountain.” And now when the Bible says, holy mountain, there, it’s not talking about a geographical location, it’s talking about a spiritual dimension. It’s a governmental, spiritual dimension.
Did you know that God wants to use you to shape nations? He wants to use you even in prayer to be able to pray the kind of prayers that begin to shake nations. He said, there’s a certain group that He said, “I will bring to my holy mountain.” Watch: He says, “I will make them joyful in my house of prayer.” And then it says this, “For my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” Now, if you read earlier in Isaiah 56, you would find out who one of the ‘them’ is. It was called the eunuch. Well, we know that eunuchs are those who have no ability to procreate. They’ve lost that ability. And God gives them a very special promise for being a part of a house of prayer or a certain family. He says that He will give them an everlasting name that shall not be cut off. Now we can casually read across that. But when you realize, you know what? God is promising a supernatural blessing on generations, because of someone being joined to a certain family.
You know, I want to encourage you. Your connection to GOD TV, to this family, because this is a family. Your connection to this family allows you to believe God for a blessing on your generations, that there would literally be a legacy created. You see, every time you sow, every time you give, it is being recorded in heaven, because your seed, your offering actually makes a connection in the spirit world. And when you sow your seed and make that connection, you are registered in heaven as being a part of the GOD TV family. Well guess what that does? That allows God to put such a blessing on you, that it won’t just end with you. It will flow down to your generations to come. That there can actually be a godly, righteous legacy that is created, that will cause your generations to belong to God and to serve Him. And I’m telling you, as a father, as a parent, as a grandfather now, many times over that is such a powerful blessing when we know that there is something from heaven, working in our behalf to cause our generations after us to serve God.
So I want to pray for you as a part of the GOD TV family. Father, I pray for all these that are watching. I thank you that they are joined to GOD TV, Lord, even through their finances, even through their giving. And even as they are joined through this aspect of their giving, let it be recorded in heaven, that they are a part of this family and let generational blessings flow down over them and all their family, Lord, that would create an actual legacy for generations to come.
