Hi, my name is Peggy Pohl with the GOD TV team, and I’d like to welcome you to God Today. Today, I want to share a healing testimony that happened to me about three years ago. We’ve worked with the youth for quite a, quite a while, and we were having a celebration time with them in the park one day. And we did it at nighttime because I wanted to do a scavenger hunt. And, we were doing a scavenger hunt and I was running with a group of kids, and I knew that there was a fence coming up, and I heard the Lord screaming in my ear to stop, to stop, to stop. And I kept running. And when I ran into this fence and when I ran into the fence, I bounced back like wood off of a wall, and I didn’t think much of it at all because I was trying to be competitive. I’m actually really way too competitive, but anyhow, I went ahead and beat the kids to where I wanted to beat them to.
And we had a great time that night, but the next morning I woke up and when I woke up that next morning, my tummy, there was a spot on my tummy that was purple. And it was very sore and very uncomfortable. And I asked the Lord, I said, “Uh, what’s going on?” because I wasn’t feeling very good at all. And He said, you’re bleeding internally. And I said, “I am.” And He said, “You were disobedient, and because of your disobedience, um, I opened the door for this to happen.” And so I said, “Lord, what do I do?” And He said, “I want you to go back to the place that you were disobedient at, and I want you to give an offering to Me there.” And to me, that was so Old Testament, but I did what the Lord told me to do. I have this little treasure box. And I went, and it was so weird because people sit in this park during the day time and they eat their lunch. And I got down on my knees and I gave that offering, and I repented for what I had done. Well about I don’t know, three hours later, that that had been on my tummy was completely gone and I was completely healed.
And so one of the things that I learned from that day, is just when the Lord says something to you and you have ears to hear what the Spirit of the Living God is saying, you have to be obedient. So I just want to pray for you that if number one, if you’ve ever been disobedient, that you know God’s grace covers you, but I also want to pray for healing for those who may be having tummy problems or have been injured in your stomach.
So Father God, I thank you that we miss it sometimes, but Your grace is sufficient. So I thank You for whoever’s out there that they’re like Lord, I missed it, that they can hear my prayer for them. And Your word to them is that Your love covers a multitude of sin. And I also pray for anybody that’s been injured in their stomach. Uh, I speak healing, healing in the Name of Jesus, that you’re whole, and that you’re well, and that you lack nothing. Father, I Thank You for Your love. And I thank You for Your healing and Your healing power, in Jesus’ Name.
