Hey, this is Deborah Manchac with Relentless Woman. And welcome to God Today. I want to share a verse with you and it’s Psalms 27:14 out of The Passion Translation. It says, “Here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Don’t give up; don’t be impatient; be entwined as one with the Lord. Be brave and courageous, and never lose hope. Yes, keep on waiting – for he will never disappoint you!”
I mean, it just says it right there. If you’re in a waiting season, or if you’re just in a season where you just need help, here it is: God is everything. He’s a healer, He’s our Father. He’s everything. He’s our friend, but He’s also a mentor. He’s also our coach. He’s over here, coaching us, “Don’t give up, don’t be impatient. Be entwined as one with the Lord, be one, be entwined, be brave and be courageous.”
Jesus, I pray that my friend feels like this, feels brave and courageous today. Anything that he or she needs to face today, that my friend feels brave courageous and never loses hope, like it says right here. That they keep on waiting and that they never ever feel like you have disappointed them. That they see that you come through right on time. Thank you, God. Amen.
