Who Labeled You?

I want to pray that you will be so drenched in the oil of the Lord that those labels just cannot stick onto you.

Hi guys!  It’s me, Lindy-Ann. I want to ask you this very serious question today: Who labeled you? Can I say that again? Who labeled you? Because I want to tell you now, even when Goliath came up to David and God’s army, what did he say? He’s like, “Who are you people?” Right? He spoke to them as if there were nobodies. But David, knowing who he is, stepped up to the plate and he says, “Who dares accuse the army of the Lord?”

Because it wasn’t just any old people, it was the people of God. And as we face trials and tribulations and people that are hurt that are hurting other people, and people that want to put their own stuff on us, and just even labels and accusation, did you know that Satan is the accuser of the brethren? And that word ‘accuser’ actually means ‘labeler.’  He comes to label us.

And I want to pray that you will be so drenched in the oil of the Lord that those labels just cannot stick onto you. Amen? Because we need to rip it off.  Even in Romans, you know, he says there’s no condemnation or shame for those who are in Christ Jesus. And when you read towards the end, it says, who dares accuse you? And I pray right now for righteous anger to bubble up inside of you that says, “Uh-uh not today, Satan. Get behind me. I know who I am. I know who’s I am, and I will not agree with this label. I’m putting it in the trash right here and right now.”

So I’m going to ask you again. Who has labeled you? Because when God has accepted you, the King of the universe has said that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, that then no weapon will form against you. That you are amazing, that you are wonderful. He calls you even greater than creation. When He created nature, he was like, “Good.”  When He made you, He said, “Now that is very good.”  And He could take a day of rest, because He was so happy with His good job of you and me. Come on. He loves us. He made us in His image. I want to tell you, you are labeled by the King of kings and don’t let anyone else try and put a label on you. I hope that’s encouraged you! Fom me, Lindy-Ann. God bless you. Bye-bye.
