We have the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us and to keep us strong and steadfast and immovable in everything that we do, every single day.

Hi, I am Jeri Hill with Together In The Harvest. Welcome to God Today.  Today I want to share a scripture with you, 1 Corinthians 15:58. “Therefore, my beloved brothers and sisters, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the work of the Lord [always doing your best and doing more than is needed], being continually aware that your labor [even to the point of exhaustion] in the Lord is not futile nor wasted [it is never without purpose].”

When we commit our lives to Him and we give out, we get tired and we get so wasted sometimes that we just can’t do anymore, especially when we have a husband and kids and we have a ministry, or we have jobs. God wants us to be steadfast and immovable.  And knowing that all our labor in our family, in our jobs and in our ministries is not in vain but there is a purpose for it, especially when we are committed to Christ and we are bringing honor and glory to His name.

He wants to anoint you. He wants to touch you and you don’t have to do it all in your own strength, but we have Jesus Christ walking alongside us. We have the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us and to keep us strong and steadfast and immovable in everything that we do, every single day.

Father, I pray that you speak to them about leaning and trusting and pressing in to be so strong in the Lord in everything they do and let them know that it is not in vain, all that they are doing. In your name, Jesus.  Amen.
